Data Processor and Data Controller is the same entity. Personal Data is also authorized to process any employee of the Controller.

Prices are ex-factory Czech Republic, without shipping.
Cancellation of orders must be submitted in written (email), within 7 days from order placement. Later cancellations may be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of order value.
All items are manufactured to order. Please allow minimum production time of 4-8 weeks, we will calculate individual ship date for each order.
We ship from our warehouse in the Czech Republic. Shipping fees will be added to each order based on the order volume.
Orders outside of European Union: custom clearance fees and duties in destination country are responsibility of the client. We will arrange all necessary documents for customs clearance.
Shipping to post-office box, poste restante and pack station are not possible.
To reach the maximum safety we use ways and materials that are approved to be used when shipping crystal and glass. Each merchandise is packed using combination of packing paper, bubble wrap, paper carton, polyurethane molding foam and carton box appropriate to the character of items shipped. The whole merchandise can be separated into several parcels in order to reach the maximum safety.
Payment terms for new clients: 100% deposit before production starts.
Payments are accepted in EUR, CZK. Should you wish to pay in USD, we will transfer your order from EUR to USD based on the official bank conversion rate.
Payment by bank transfer (Cash in advance). You will be sent a proforma invoice by E-mail. Please transfer the designated amount to our account. On receipt of the money we will ship the goods with the proper invoice.
Payment by card through PayPal. Secure payment for all card types.
Please check shipment carefully and immediately on receipt for intactness and completeness. If damaged, please claim immediately with the deliverer.
All returns must be authorized by ČERVA design in advance. A document including clear description of the returned product must be sent to us within 2 weeks of receipt of goods. Claimed product must be sent to us no later than 2 weeks from our authorization.
